Refund Policy:
Our customer service representatives are eligible for returns and cancellations. In the event of a dispute, the customer service will make a judgment first, and then submit the order to the customer service manager. Only with the consent of the customer service manager can the order be canceled and returned. (Generally no more than 2 working days)

The returned goods must be brand new and with original tags. If there are quality problems, please attach photos or other evidence. Before returning, please be sure to confirm whether it meets the policy, otherwise we will regard it as an invalid return and no refund will be given. If the goods are damaged during transportation, please contact the logistics and notify us to assist in handling. (Under normal circumstances, we will insure the transportation to ensure that the goods are delivered to the customer intact). If a refund is made due to color, size, style, etc., we have the right to charge a handling fee.

Problems and handling you may encounter:
Your satisfaction is important to us. When you receive the goods, please check the integrity and validity of the goods before tearing off the labels.

About damaged goods:
If the goods are found to be damaged, you can ask for a full refund, but you must prepare evidence for our confirmation first. If it is damaged during transportation, we will send you the necessary documents to help you communicate with the logistics to get the payment.

Color problem:
Due to the computer screen, some errors may occur, which may cause little difference between the actual product and the picture. If this happens, it is normal. But if you ordered red, but received green, please contact customer service and we will refund your money.

Delivery time exceeded:
Due to some rare unpredictable reasons, it is about 3 days delayed compared with the time on the website. We appreciate your consideration. If you have not received the goods for more than 15 days after placing the order, you can contact customer service to cancel the order or keep the order. We will refund 30% (including shipping costs) as compensation for keeping the order; we will refund the full amount for canceling the order.

Return process:
First: If you need an explanation, please contact customer service to inform the order number, reason and picture notes (must be stated, otherwise we will not accept it).
Second: After receiving your email, we will email you within 48 hours.
Third: After agreeing to your refund request, we will refund within 24 hours and notify you of the return address and other specific information by email. 5 days after receiving the goods, we will refund you and notify you by email.
Special Edition: If you return the goods without communicating with us, we refuse to refund and refuse to ship again.
