What is your return policy?
You can return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of purchase, including sale items, clearance items, and items received as gifts. The 30-day return period starts from the date your order was shipped. Items can be returned in their original condition for a refund of the return amount.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return item is shipped to us, it can take up to 5-10 business days for our fulfillment center to process the return. Return process within 30 days of purchase: Enter your order number and postal code here to start the return process. (You can find your order number in the order confirmation email we sent you, or you can log in to your account and visit the "My Account" page).
Then, please follow the instructions below:
Select the item you want to return*. *Note: If the item is final sale or non-returnable, there is no return option.
Select the refund payment method and the reason for the return. Once you have added the items, click "Continue".

How do I mail my return?
Start a return or exchange online and you will receive a mailing label so we can box and ship your item. You will receive an email once we have received your return and processed your refund.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed and 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
